Tomorrow is ACES (All Children Exercise Simultaneously) day. In the past, this has been a school-wide event, however, the school is not participating this year. Since this is an international event to encourage students to be active, I feel it is a great way to promote a healthy lifestyle and fight childhood obesity. We are going to do something as a class. Please have your child dress in comfy clothes and tennis shoes, we will be doing an exercise video in class to participate at 10am with students around the world.
